These Terms and Conditions bind users who acquire our services and are required to agree with them in order to use our Site and Services.

You may send payments via bank transfers, western union or online through our Maldives Payment Gateway.

Financial Information
We do not store your financial information, such as your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, expiration date, CCV code) but this data may be stored by the third party payment provider handling the transaction and may be accessible by us if the need arises. You acknowledge and agree that our Privacy Policy or Terms and Conditions will not apply to any Payment Information that you provide to any independent third party company on the Company Services and that all payment obligations related to such purchase shall be governed solely by the applicable independent third party company's privacy policy.

Prices shown are not indicative of the final price as they are published to be valid at the time of publishing and may not remain the same.

Travel Documentation
You are responsible for obtaining the relevant travel documentation including a valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. The Maldives has a free visa policy whereby all tourists are provided a free 30 day visa, however, if you wish to stay past this duration, you will need to obtain the relevant visa from the Maldivian Immigration.

Please note that several countries now require that your passport be valid for up to six months after the completion of your travel in order to be accepted by them as a valid travel document.

Important: As of 25th November 2015, The Maldivian Immigration does not accept hand-written passports.

Booking Amendment
Amendments can be made to any booking subject availability prior to the cancellation deadline and any amendments after the deadline will invite cancellation charges as indicated in the cancellation deadline clause.

Cancellation Policy
The following policies shall apply to any and all Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. bookings cancellations. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to provide you with coverage for unexpected developments that may cause you to either cancel your holiday entirely or interrupt your vacation unexpectedly.

All cancellations must be advised in writing (by mail, fax or e-mail) prior to your intended stay and must be received by the stated cancellation deadlines during normal business hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm local time, Mondays through Fridays).

All cancellation fees will be calculated on the total amount of products and services purchased. No refunds will be made for guests who are "no shows,” and who departs from a hotel early, or who have improper documentation.

FTI (Free Individual Traveller) bookings are non refundable.

Group Booking (5 rooms or more) which are cancelled  60 days prior to arriving for any reason, including medical reasons, will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Notification shall be deemed to have taken place on the date of receipt of such written notification by Heavenly Maldives Private Limited Limited. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any notification of cancellation is received by Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. When details of the cancellation penalty are not specified; it is the responsibility of the Agent or client to obtain clarification from Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. prior to making bookings. Heavenly Maldives Private Limited, to exercise the cancellation period does not signify a waiver of the right to charge such cancellation charges. We also reserve the right to cancel reservations after confirmation, if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied.

Complaints and Claims
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you agree to inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.
Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. will not be liable for any claims made later than 15 days since the completion of your tour.

Refunds for Unused Travel Service
No refund is made for unused travel services or any portion thereof, nor is the price or value of unused travel services exchangeable for alternative arrangements. The day of departure is excluded when calculating cancellation or change fees.

Refund Policy
You are not entitled to any refund, compensation or payment except as otherwise provided in this section. Refunds will be made directly to your credit card if you booked through
Heavenly Maldives Private Limited, or to your travel professional if that's how you made and paid for your reservation. Under no circumstances must a cardholder be given a refund by any other means e.g. cash or cheque. Where cancellation and/or alteration fees have been applied any outstanding amount will be due for refund to you. Refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days of the date of your intended stay. Once this period has passed, no refunds will be made. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.

Heavenly Maldives Private Limited is not responsible for any refunds that your travel professional fails to reimburse. Charges or fees imposed by your travel professional will not be included in a refund from Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. A non-refundable credit card surcharge of 4% applies on all MasterCard and Visa transactions and (5% on Amex). Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment. If payment was received from your travel agent, the refund will be provided back to that travel agent.

Restriction of Liability
In no event shall Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. or its subsidiaries or partners be liable for any for delays, accidents, losses, changes of schedules, damages, (whether direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or otherwise) arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of or inability to use this web Site or for any information, software, products, or services obtained through or otherwise in connection with this web Site, in each case regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort, strict liability, or other theories of liability.

If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law by any court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this agreement will remain in full force and effect. Any provision of this agreement held to be invalid or unenforceable, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

Act of God/ Force Majeure
Heavenly Maldives Private Limited . and/or its suppliers cannot assume liability for any loss, damage or injury of any nature in whole or in part resulting from an Act of God or any other Force Majeure condition including without limitation: fire, volcanic eruption, environmental pollution or contamination, inclement weather, earthquake, flood, water or power shortages or failures, tropical storms or hurricanes, riots or civil commotions or disturbances and any other acts of similar nature, sabotage, arrests, restraints of rulers or peoples, expropriations, acts of terrorism, war, insurrection, quarantine restrictions, government health advisories or warnings or alerts of any kind or nature, government seizures, refusal or cancellation or suspension or delay of any government authority or any license,

permit or authorization, damages to its facilities in or any other factor unforeseen by Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. that impacts negatively on or hampers its ability to fulfill any of its contractual conditions. In the event that any of these conditions apply, Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. shall be excused, discharged or released from its performance to the extent such performance is so limited or prevented, without liability of any kind.

Contract Formation
No contract will exist between you and Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. or its affiliates for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. receives full payment for the services and confirm it in writing by an email to you.

Acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed to be effectively communicated to you for all purposes at the time that Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. sends the email to you whether or not you receive the email.

You agree to indemnify Heavenly Maldives Private Limited and keep it indemnified against all actions, claims, costs, demands, damages or liability arising in any manner from a breach by you of the terms of this agreement.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions contain the entire agreement between Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. and the Client and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter and may not be amended or modified unless expressly agreed by Heavenly Maldives Private Limited in writing.

Amendment to Terms and Conditions
Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.

Area of Jurisdiction-Governing Law
All disputes arising out of the aforementioned terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of Maldives and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maldives.

I (we) agree to the above Terms & Conditions and fully understand the contents thereof. In addition, I (we) have read and fully understand and agree to the Cancellation and Refund Policies of Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. and all the terms and provisions specified in the Heavenly Maldives Private Limited. booking contract.
